Application Procedure
Organizing a group study trip can be challenging. At UWA Uni Link, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you and your students.
Here, you'll find the application procedures, so you know what to expect from us.
1) Request a Program Proposal
Minimum three-month lead time
Contact Uni Link with details about your preferred course, desired dates, group size, educational level, accommodation preferences, and any other specific requirements your group may have. Alternatively, you can complete the Group Proposal Form.
2) Review the Proposal
Proposal validity will be provided
Uni Link will prepare a program proposal tailored to your group and provide any additional necessary documents. Review the proposal and let us know if any adjustments need to be made before you make the booking.
3) Booking
At least three months prior to program start date
Complete the group booking form and student list and send it together with the coloured copies of the passport for application.
4) Pay the Deposit
Date issued on invoice
An invoice will be issued for payment, including a deposit to confirm the booking. Please note, the booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.
5) Invitation Letter
Within 5 days after booking confirmation
We will issue the invitation letter to facilitate the visa application process. Please ensure that we have all participants’ passport numbers, as we need this information to issue the invitation letter. If you haven’t already provided them, send us coloured copies of the passports as soon as possible.
6) Pay the Balance (if applicable)
As soon as possible
The remaining balance must be paid at least eight weeks prior to the program start date.
7) Pre-departure & Arrival Guide
Two weeks before arrival
You will receive the pre-departure & arrival guide, along with detailed program information to help you prepare for your trip.
8) Arrival
Arrival in Perth!
Upon arrival, the UWA Uni Link team will warmly welcome you and provide support throughout your stay.
