What is a PD point and where can I use it?
Participants who successfully complete a course at UWA Uni Link earn Professional Development Points (PD Points). PD Point is a value assigned to reflect the workload of a participant undertaking micro-credentials. Each PD Point is equivalent to 25 hours of workload including contact hours, personal study, and assessment/examinations. It can be converted into academic credit when starting an undergraduate or postgraduate course at UWA, provided that eligibility requirements for entry into award courses are met.
